Straw green in colour, with an aroma of ripe pears and citrus fruits. The palate is lively with delicate soft fruit and a crisp clean finish.
A refreshingly clean sparkling wine made in the Blanc de Blanc style. The dry sparkler is very well balanced and a wonderful aperitif.

BouquetVery clean and refreshing with a lifted fruit bouquet of melony Chardonnay.
PalateLovely clean fresh palate exhibiting obvious Chardonnay fruit which gives the wine structure and weight. The addition of a small parcel of Semillon enhances the acidity making the back palate very refreshing.
