Fortified Wine
Tawny, Hunter Valley.
Made from small parcels of hand selected grapes that were fortified on skins, this wine is rich and full with lashings of soft red berry fruit, accompanied by an obvious sweetness. A lovely ruby port style of fortified wine.
Made from small parcels of hand selected grapes that were fortified on skins, which has enhanced the fruit driven nature of this this wine. It was then aged in mature hogsheads before bottling.

BouquetClean, fresh and lifted with obvious “cherry ripe” fruit with hints of oak creating a very intricate nose.
PalateRich and full with lashings of soft red berry fruit which is accompanied by obvious sweetness. This generous fruit is balanced by the delicate use of oak which has produced a lovely ruby port style of fortified.
