The Reserve range
This wine is pale straw in colour with a lifted aroma of green melons and citrus peel. The nose is beautifully balanced by underlying toasty notes from the new French oak barrels. The palate is tight and lean with a subtle creamy mouth feel of intense chardonnay flavour, finishing with a lovely long palate with clean crisp acid. This wine has great structure and balance.
Our Reserve Range is only released in exceptional years, when selected parcels of fruit deliver outstanding wines with true varietal and regional character.

An abundance of black and red fruits sit in harmony with the vanillin, plum and spice aromas of this big red, leading onto juicy blackcurrant and plum characters that dominate the very rich palate.
Pale green with light green hues this wine offers delicate tropical/musk stick characters on the nose and a vibrant balanced palate which is mouth filling but at the same time refreshing.
Pale green with bright green hues. This wine is a very good example of a high class Semillon from 2022. Delicate and grassy with fresh clean citrus characters on the nose the palate is delicate and long coupled with a racy acidity. This wine consistently wins multiple awards.
Lifted brambly fruit characters of raspberry and blackberry are coupled with undertones of plum and cherry, balanced with soft vanillin oak on the nose, followed by a medium to rich body of black and red fruit characters with the oak a little more dominant on the palate.
